Delivery & Product Return Information
This Returns, Exchanges, and Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing returns, exchanges, and delivery of products purchased through the Superb Hyper website in South Africa. By making a purchase through our website, you agree to comply with this policy.
a> Damaged or Defective Products:
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service within 3 days of delivery to arrange a return or exchange.
- We may require proof of the damage or defect, such as photographs or a detailed description.
- Upon approval, we will provide instructions for returning the product and arrange for a replacement or refund.
b> Change of Mind Returns:
- If you change your mind about a product, you may request a return within 3 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
– The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
– Certain products, such as perishable goods or items marked as non-returnable, may not be eligible for return.
2. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
3. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will issue a refund or store credit, excluding any original shipping charges.
c> Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or variant, please contact our customer service to check the availability of the desired item.
- You may be required to return the original product according to the conditions mentioned above in “Change of Mind Returns” and place a new order for the desired item.

- Delivery to certain remote or restricted areas may be limited or subject to additional charges.
- We strive to deliver your order within the same day or next day.
- Cutoff times for same-day delivery (North Coast) are: 4PM Monday to Friday, 1PM Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
- Cutoff times for same-day delivery (Durban Metro) are: 3PM Monday to Friday, 1PM Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
- Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of any significant delays.
- Drivers can wait for a maximum of 5 minutes upon arrival.
- A call will be made to the provided contact number within this waiting period.
- Unanswered deliveries will result in goods being returned and refunded, excluding the delivery charge.
- Your cooperation ensures efficient service for all our customers.
- Delivery charges, if applicable, will be specified during the checkout process.
- Additional charges may apply for special delivery requests or certain delivery locations.
- Refunds for approved returns or cancellations will be issued using the original payment method or as store credit, at our discretion.
- If any items are not delivered, you will be refunded within 3 working days, with an e-mail confirmation sent to you.
